Jewelry that literally takes you from day to night! :D (get it? :P)

This is one of the first projects I made with my Silhouette Cameo. I had this idea shortly before I had ownership of the machine - the front of the pendant has Princess Celestia and the back has Princess Luna. I figured it would be a neat idea to try out; after all, Celestia and Luna have similar structure in body, mane, and tail. It was rather difficult designing the pendant and putting all the pieces together, but it would have been next to impossible to make if I had to cut out these pieces by hand. I think I might edit the design a bit more and make the colors for Luna more distinctive if I make more of these pendants (or should I make it a limited edition pendant? I've been thinking of making a few things to donate to this year's EQLA for the charity auction...).

Made with cardstock and varnished for a shiny finish.

hopefully i'll be able to figure out how to sell these and other thingies by the summer. i'm working on a refined version of celestia at the moment, so i hope to make a corresponding version for luna soon.

i don't normally add cutie marks to my paper pendant ponies. the cutie marks would have to have been made with tiny pieces of cardstock. luna's cutie mark could have been easily made, but celestia's would have been a bit difficult, so i left them both off.
